Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@softarchive.house with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories are final sale. Sale items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
