Soft Archive pieces are made with care and in limited quantities. Because many items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, we ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.
Our Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges as a general rule. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
We understand this is a firm policy. It exists because each piece is made intentionally — often after your order is placed — and cannot be restocked or resold once made.
Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at us@softarchive.house with your order number and photos. We will review each case individually and find a fair resolution.
